Is the East Coast good for buying a static caravan?
Yes. Norfolk and Suffolk offer strong value, family-friendly beaches and a far calmer atmosphere than the South West — often at a fraction of the price.
Where to look
The best clusters are around Cromer, Winterton and Great Yarmouth in Norfolk, and around Southwold, Reydon and Lowestoft in Suffolk. The coast here is flatter, with wide beaches and traditional seaside towns.
Parks range from big family resorts to small, quiet sites — there really is something for everyone.
