These terms govern your use of the Best Caravan Parks website and the services we offer, including booking an independent caravan buying consultation. By using this site or booking a consultation you agree to these terms.

It is not financial, legal or professional advice, and it should not be relied on as such. Always confirm prices, site fees, terms and availability directly with the relevant park or provider before making any decision.

Independence and affiliation

Best Caravan Parks is an independent publisher. Some links on the site are affiliate links: if you purchase or enquire through one of these links we may receive a commission, at no additional cost to you. This does not affect our editorial approach. The caravan buying consultation is a separate, paid service provided on a completely independent basis — it is not tied to any park, dealer, lodge, finance product or holiday company.

The consultation service

The independent caravan buying consultation is a private 1-to-1 video meeting of 45–60 minutes, provided for a one-time fee of £150. Booking it does not create any obligation to buy from us or from anyone else.

After payment you complete a short pre-meeting questionnaire and receive details for your video consultation. You may optionally send a quote, brochure or draft agreement before the meeting so we can prepare. Following the meeting you receive a concise written summary of the key points discussed and suggested next steps.

Our advice is factual, independent and given in good faith to help you understand a purchase before you commit. We cannot guarantee that a deposit will be recoverable, that a purchase will be problem-free, or any particular financial outcome. You remain responsible for your own decisions.

Payments and refunds

Consultation fees are processed securely by Stripe. The fee covers the consultation as described. If you need to rearrange, contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to accommodate you. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis where a consultation was not delivered as agreed.

Acceptable use

You agree to use this site lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to it or its systems.

Limitation of liability

While we work hard to keep information accurate and up to date, we provide the site “as is” and accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on our content, from errors or omissions, or from decisions made based on information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and governing law
